Psychotherapy and Counselling in Havant, Hampshire and online

Helping individuals and couples build deeper self-understanding and genuine connection.

Many people function well on the outside while feeling disconnected, guarded, or unfulfilled inside. Couples may love each other deeply yet feel stuck in repeating patterns that block closeness and understanding.

Often, these struggles arise from identities shaped by survival, family expectations, and social pressure - ways of being that once made sense, but now limit emotional depth and authentic connection.

With almost three decades of psychotherapy experience, I work with individuals and couples who are ready to go beneath the surface, develop deeper self-awareness, and create relationships grounded in honesty, presence, and emotional truth.

How I work

My work begins with building a relationship based on trust, empathy, and collaboration - so you feel safe enough to explore what is really going on and begin to see a way forward. I am open and honest in the therapy room, always grounded in compassion and respect for your pace and experience.

Clients often tell me, “You don’t hide from difficult conversations.” I believe meaningful change requires meeting what is uncomfortable as well as what is familiar. In doing so, therapy becomes a place where you can develop deeper trust in yourself, your intuition, and your own inner guidance.

I work with couples seeking relief from ongoing relationship challenges, as well as individuals who want to develop a deeper relationship with themselves and create a life that feels genuinely meaningful. I also offer bereavement counselling, supporting people through all forms of loss and grief.

As I often say, it takes courage to show up in therapy - and sometimes it takes time to find the courage to take the first step.

When you feel ready, I invite you to contact me for a no-obligation 20-minute phone call, where we can talk briefly about what you’re looking for and whether working together feels right.
