Find the right type of therapy

Understanding what works for you

It is important for you to find the right type of therapy and the right counsellor to work with.  There may be many different issues that you are dealing with - as a couple or as an individual.  It is likely that your issues extend to pressures from family, the workplace and friends.

Counselling therapies and issues

I have listed below the specific therapies that I work with.  There’s often more than one counselling therapy that I use in sessions – this is called an integrative approach.  I have also listed below the issues that often arise in my work with people.

It is important to note that I do not work with personality disorders.
