Working together

  • My therapy room is a safe and sacred space where nothing you say is taboo and where everything that makes us human can be explored and held with reverence, trust, pragmatism and even humour too.

  • I will always ask what brings you to therapy and where you would like to get to.  We will check our progress on a regular basis.

  • Our sessions are where problems, issues, grief, loss, the imprints of the past and all aspects of the self can be met with curiosity, compassion and acceptance.  Not just through talking together but through the story held in the tissues, cells and patterns in the body.

My 30 years of study of the body enables me to trust the signals in my body and to sense what might be going on with you. I enable you to reach the story beyond words by inviting curiosity to the way your narrative is showing up in your body.  I incorporate dreamwork, creative imagination, breathwork, mindfulness and yoga to enhance my sessions all of which help to resolve unconscious patterns.

  • I do not see myself needing to ‘fix’ you but to meet you directly where you are. Then, to guide you towards finding a greater trust in yourself so that all aspects of your nature can be met with compassion and humility.

  • I am no longer offering psychotherapy to clients with complex trauma or diagnosed personality disorders.
